Perfect and easy location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive the whole time.

Excellent location in the Isolotto - Legnaia district, very close to the city center of Florence. Freshly prepared and lovely breakfasts available. - Freshly made food options are offered at the property.

Exelent small luxurious hotel with an impeccable and friendly service. We had some misfortune on our way to Florence but this was quickly forgotten by the warm reception.

well-appointed and tastefully decorated rooms with super bathroom including fluffy robe and helpful staff. private parking nearby provided. nice pool area too. exceptionally nice location of the hotel to get to the city centre.

This accommodation is so clean and special, located right by the tram with fantastic staff. the bed is super comfy, and the room is spacious and well-equipped with a private safe, minibar, and a sofa bed. the pool is pristine, and there is parking nearby. Everything about this place is just awesome.

We liked our welcome,our rooms,and the bikes.It was so good to cycle into the centre of Florence for the morning and then to return to Riva Lofts for a relaxing pm.They were very happy for us to picnic in the garden.We also liked the fact that is was so small.

This hotel was fantastic. It was our honeymoon and they made a real effort to make our stay special. Alice who welcomed us was more than helpful, she could not have done anything more to be more friendly or gone you of her way any more to provide recommendations on what and where to go. The room was fantastic, the grounds were well kept with lots of little touches to make the stay great. Great location as well on the river, within walking distance to everything you need, but they also have free bicycle available.

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel, the people who ran it or the service they provided. 5Stars all the way!

The hotel is small and modern. the staff were very friendly. - the location is easy, close to a public park, the railway station, and the city center. - the breakfast, freshly cooked and absolutely fantastic, was waiting for us in the lounge area.

Wonderful setting, lovely rooms, relaxed atmosphere and very helpful and enthusiatic staff make it a special place to stay. We loved the fact that we could take the bikes and ride around Florence as opposed to walking everywhere. The location is fantastic as it is not in the heart of the hustle-bustle but close enough that you can get there with ease. I would strongly recommend Riva Lofts to anyone travelling to Florence. We are telling all our friends about it!

Convenient location near city center, in a peaceful residential area. Well-maintained pool area, tastefully furnished rooms. Free bike rental for easy access to main attractions. Helpful and friendly staff who assist with restaurant reservations and trip planning.

Very special hotel (not even a hotel really - much better), with great friendly service and everything else that you might need. Located in a nice quite place near the river, out of noisy (and often pretty dirty) center, but still very close - 30 min by feet or 5-10 min by tram. Very good place - recomend to everybody who wants to have some special experience during their visit to Firenze.

Beautifully designed complex, peaceful location by the river, clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The hotel facilities, including the pool area, were well-maintained. The transportation was convenient as the hotel is very close to a bike path and it was easy to ride down to the river.

They put me in a room without heather and it was so cold in the room
