The inconvenient check-in with traditional keys is a hassle!!! Limited power outlets made it difficult to charge devices comfortably. The outdoor areas could use better maintenance, a little attention would make a significant difference!!!

Exelent small luxurious hotel with an impeccable and friendly service. We had some misfortune on our way to Florence but this was quickly forgotten by the warm reception.

Riva lofts florence aparthotel is a lovely place! It's close enough to the city center. The outdoor pool is a refreshing escape after exploring. The breakfast was high quality, and the friendly staff made it even better. Loved the garden area too!

We liked our welcome, our rooms, and the bikes. It was so good to cycle into the centre of Florence for the morning and then to return to Riva Lofts for a relaxing pm.They were very happy for us to picnic in the garden. We also liked the fact that is was so small.
Nothing,it was quite expensive but you pay for what you get.

This hotel was fantastic. It was our honeymoon and they made a real effort to make our stay special. Alice who welcomed us was more than helpful, she could not have done anything more to be more friendly or gone you of her way any more to provide recommendations on what and where to go. The room was fantastic, the grounds were well kept with lots of little touches to make the stay great. Great location as well on the river, within walking distance to everything you need, but they also have free bicycle available.
There was nothing I disliked about this hotel, the people who ran it or the service they provided. 5Stars all the way!

We enjoyed visiting the Circolo del Tennis and chillin' at the nearby Golf Club for some fun on the greens. The staff were genuinely helpful and the breakfast spread was good. Definitely a place for a cozy getaway while still being close to attractions!
Just a heads up, the entrance door wasn't always securely closed. It made us a bit anxious about our room's safety. But everything else was just fine.

Very special hotel (not even a hotel really - much better), with great friendly service and everything else that you might need. Located in a nice quite place near the river, out of noisy (and often pretty dirty) center, but still very close - 30 min by feet or 5-10 min by tram. Very good place - recomend to everybody who wants to have some special experience during their visit to Firenze.

Wonderful setting, lovely rooms, relaxed atmosphere and very helpful and enthusiatic staff make it a special place to stay. We loved the fact that we could take the bikes and ride around Florence as opposed to walking everywhere. The location is fantastic as it is not in the heart of the hustle-bustle but close enough that you can get there with ease. I would strongly recommend Riva Lofts to anyone travelling to Florence. We are telling all our friends about it!

Just a great match for a weekend stopover in Florence with excellent value for money. The service was great. They helped us book a wine tour in Chianti. For a quiet stay, try to request a room away from the entrance.

Great location, very friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast and nice pool area.
Not very quiet if there are loud groups there at same time as you.
